Sahar Omid Home Appliances Manufacturing and Packaging Company is planned to be established for the first time in 1402 (2023) by Mr. Mohammad Wali Ahmadzai under the Industrial and Trade Sector in Kabul City.
The company will provide its planned services within the framework of the applicable laws of the country, as well as the commercial and foundational laws and regulations of Afghanistan.
The aforementioned company has sufficient experience in this sector — particularly in the processing and packaging of household electrical appliances and LED televisions — since 2004. For approximately 25 years, due to certain circumstances in Afghanistan, the company has operated in this field in Pakistan under its own brands, SONIC Home Appliances and Glance. The company now intends to transfer its operations to Afghanistan under the name Sahar Omid Home Appliances.
In recent years, the management team of this company has also operated in Afghanistan as an importing company under the name Mirwais Ahmad Limited. The company has extensive experience in this sector and has imported parts and components from countries including China, India, Korea, Vietnam, and others.
The founder of the company now intends to invest in Afghanistan’s industrial sector by importing components for household appliances and LED televisions and assembling and processing them domestically through its skilled and professional engineers. The company also plans to manufacture some basic components locally.
Furthermore, with the support of the Government and relevant authorities, the company intends to export its manufactured products to foreign countries under an Afghan national brand, thereby contributing to the development of the country’s industrial sector and bringing pride and economic benefit to Afghanistan and its people.
